Micro Loans

The Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Business Loan Program has been established to assist in the creation of new jobs and to expand businesses in the Mid-Michigan area with low interest loans for those who do not qualify for traditional lending.

The Micro Loan Program is a business loan under $50,000 with a low interest rate and underwriting guidelines that are designed to help clients obtain financing for business expansion and job growth. The funds can be used for equipment, construction costs on building, inventory, and, in some cases, working capital.
