Micro Loan Program for Small Businesses
Ryan Garza | The Flint Journal: Churchill's Food & Spirits in downtown Flint has spruced up its exterior and now has a new outdoor seating area. The restaurant's owner received a micro loan from Metro Community Development in Flint to help cover costs. The restaurant was closed for about six months after a kitchen fire in late December 2009.
